Who receives your inquiry
VETFIXGOV LLC operates Qualified Leads AI. This form accepts property-sale inquiries from all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and U.S. territories for individual acquisition review. It is not a signup for unrelated buyers, affiliate marketing, an MLS listing, or a paid subscription. We may seek assignable purchase agreements where expressly permitted. Any purchase, assignment, or sale requires separate terms; this form is not a real estate contract or an appraisal.
Cash-offer requests and closing terms
A successful submission gives an immediate confirmation of your request, not an instant purchase price, accepted offer, or guaranteed purchase. Property details, seller authority, location-specific requirements, and the transaction must be reviewed before a cash offer is made. You have no obligation to sell. Any purchase price, cost allocation, assignment terms, and closing date must be separately agreed in writing.
No agent required
Request a direct cash purchase without listing your property. We do not charge you an agent commission. Already represented? We respect your existing agreement and your agent’s role.
Close in as little as 7 days
For eligible transactions, a seven-day closing may be available after a signed purchase agreement, completed property review, clear title, and confirmation from the closing provider. Timing is not guaranteed; choose a later date when agreed.
We pay customary seller closing costs
On our direct cash purchase, we cover customary seller closing costs as itemized in the written offer. Mortgage payoffs, liens, unpaid taxes, and your separately hired advisers or agents are not included unless expressly agreed.
Notice at collection
We collect the name, email, optional phone number, property address including state or territory, self-reported property and representation details, contact preferences, checkbox choices, and any typed electronic signature that you submit. We also record the submission time, disclosure version and text, a hashed network identifier, browser information, and limited campaign/referrer information. We use these records to review and respond to your inquiry, detect duplicates and abuse, document your choices, and honor withdrawals. Do not provide account numbers, government identification numbers, health details, or documents through this form.
Your choices are separate
You may request an email response without opting in to calls or SMS. Phone permissions start unchecked and are not a condition of receiving a review or buying or selling any property, goods, or services. Leaving an optional box unchecked gives no permission for that channel. Submitted contact choices are subject to verification and operational checks; they do not prove phone control, property ownership, or authority to bind a seller. We may use AI to assist authorized communications, with human oversight. A separate permission is needed for any recording where required.
Optional AI-call authorization
I authorize VETFIXGOV LLC (Qualified Leads AI) to call the phone number I provide about my property-sale inquiry and related acquisition services, including marketing calls using an automatic telephone dialing system and an artificial or prerecorded voice, including AI-generated voice. This permission is optional and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry, receiving a review, or buying or selling any property, goods, or services. I may revoke it at any time.
Optional SMS authorization
I authorize VETFIXGOV LLC (Qualified Leads AI) to send text messages to the phone number I provide about my property-sale inquiry, scheduling, and related acquisition services, including marketing texts sent using automated technology and AI-assisted messaging. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. This permission is optional and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry, receiving a review, or buying or selling any property, goods, or services. I may revoke it at any time.
Electronic signature and copy
By typing my full name and selecting Submit property inquiry, I electronically sign only the optional permissions I have checked. I confirm I am the subscriber or customary user of the supplied phone number and can authorize contact at it. I can save a copy of my choices and withdraw permission without charge. This is not a purchase agreement or permission to record a call.
You need a browser capable of displaying this page. You may save or print these terms and, after submission, save your contact-choice receipt. You can instead contact us by email without providing electronic phone or SMS permission. There is no fee to withdraw, request a copy, or update your contact details.
SMS program and calling hours
Messages concern your property-sale inquiry, related acquisition services, and scheduling. Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to an SMS to opt out or HELP for assistance. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Marketing SMS remains subject to confirmation and provider requirements. Our outbound contact window is 8 AM–7 PM Pacific, further limited by your preferences and applicable restrictions in your location. Your reported time zone is verified before contact; the nationwide form does not override local-time restrictions or consent rules. We do not promise an immediate automated callback.
Sharing and mobile information
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process the information needed to operate our hosting, database, communications, security, and AI-assisted services under appropriate restrictions. Your phone permissions are not transferred to an unrelated purchaser or assignee. We do not publish your inquiry in the public marketplace. Any further transaction-related sharing must have an appropriate basis.
Withdrawal and privacy requests
Use the withdrawal link in your saved receipt, reply STOP to a text, tell us during a call, email leads@qualifiedleads-ai.com, or call (909) 453-4374. These are not exclusive methods: any reasonable clear request to stop is honored. You do not need an account or receipt to request withdrawal. A later form submission does not automatically remove an existing opt-out.
Request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of your inquiry data at the same email. We retain inquiry and consent evidence only as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, security, disputes, or legal obligations. Minimal suppression records are retained to honor requests not to be contacted; legal or audit obligations may require retaining certain evidence. We verify requests where needed without requiring unnecessary sensitive information.
These seller-specific terms supplement our Privacy Policy and Communication Policy. For this form, the narrower seller-specific contact choices control. Prior receipts retain the disclosure version and exact text accepted at that time.
