Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Qualified Leads AI (VETFIXGOV LLC) is committed to making this application usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, screen magnification or other assistive technology. We design and build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the accessibility expectations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508.

What we have implemented

  • A “Skip to main content” link on every page, and a single main landmark with labelled header, navigation and footer regions.
  • Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator on every interactive control; no keyboard traps and no mouse-only interactions.
  • One descriptive h1 per page and a logical heading order, so screen-reader users can navigate by structure.
  • Accessible names on icon-only buttons and links, and programmatically associated labels on every form field, including the seller qualification form.
  • Errors and status changes are announced through live regions rather than colour alone, and required fields are marked in text.
  • Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface borders in both light and dark themes.
  • Respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” setting: animations and transitions are suppressed when it is enabled.
  • Responsive, zoom-tolerant layouts that remain usable at 200% zoom and at a 320 px viewport width without loss of content or function.
  • Text, not images of text, so content stays legible when resized or restyled.

Assistive technology we test with

Recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on desktop and mobile, with VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), NVDA (Windows) and TalkBack (Android), plus keyboard-only passes on every public page and the seller qualification flow.

Known limitations

  • Some data-dense administrative tables inside the signed-in workspace scroll horizontally on small screens. They remain keyboard operable and screen-reader readable.
  • Documents supplied by third parties (for example a contract PDF produced outside this application) may not meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We will provide an accessible alternative on request.

Reporting a barrier

If any part of this application prevents you from completing a task, tell us and we will respond within five business days and provide the information or function through an accessible alternative. Email support@qualifiedleads-ai.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use.

Formal complaints

If our response does not resolve the issue, you may escalate it by replying to the same address with “Accessibility escalation” in the subject line. Escalations are reviewed by the company owner.
